# Audio and video calls

Only a model can start a call and only with users who are online now and have an open dialog with you. To call a subscriber, click on the phone icon <img src="https://623201624-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FBtlRSCOa7ioQzPdL2DZg%2Fuploads%2FmPENNCHwY8V6TGcyIuhc%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=229a623a-a112-47a7-8c23-127eed111858" alt="" data-size="line"> in the upper right corner inside the dialog and select "Call". At the moment audio and video calls do not have a separate payment — you can charge for this service with a tip.
