# Verification stages

Before applying for verification, upload a profile picture on Ton.Place.

After you've set up the profile picture, go to the [application form](https://ton.place/verification).

* Choose content type, insert links to your other social networks and tell us about yourself and the content you are going to publish.

* Click "Send". After that, wait for a response. Application processing by the moderator takes at least 24 hours.
* If moderation was successful, you will soon receive a response and an invitation to pass verification. In case your application is rejected, you can apply again in 7 days.
* After successful moderation, you will need  to confirm your identity with any ID — for example, a passport or driver's license. Follow the instructions in the app.
* When the verification is completed, your profile will get a verification badge that appears next to the name. This means that your account is verified — you can start publishing content and earn money.
