# Requesting a Refund

We generally follow our standard policy in which purchases, fees and/or tips associated with your account are final and non-refundable. However, we reserve the right to review any refund request and decide whether to issue a refund in some cases in our sole discretion. Paid posts, tips, and any subscriptions are voluntary contributions. Ton.Place is a social network, and our Creators are solely responsible for their content. Ton.Place cannot guarantee any specific Creator content, actions, or activity, and cannot influence Creators' decisions to manage their content.
